Relief is my
favorite feeling.
The kind that comes when you finally say the thing out loud. When someone understands what you mean. When you realize you do not have to keep carrying all of it by yourself.

Therapy can be a place to set some of it down. To understand what keeps repeating in your relationship with yourself, your body, food, and other people. And to make room for more freedom, connection, and choice.

You may be capable, insightful, and used to holding a lot. You may also be tired of understanding your patterns without feeling able to change them.

Our work makes room for what is happening beneath the surface, including the feelings, relationships, and experiences shaping how you relate to yourself, your body, food, and other people.
Therapy that goes
beneath the surface.
Maybe you understand what you're feeling.
You just don't understand
why you keep ending up here.
What Brings People to Therapy
Your relationship with food and/or your body
Maybe you've been trying to change your relationship with food, your body, or the way you think about yourself—and you're tired of approaches that give you another set of rules.
Relationships that keep getting complicated
You may understand the pattern intellectually and still find yourself repeating it. Therapy can be a place to look more closely at what happens between you and the people you care about.
A transition that has changed something
Sometimes life changes before we have words for what the change means. Therapy can offer room to slow down and figure out what's happening beneath the surface.
Group Therapy
Interpersonal Process Group
Rather than sitting around discussing how to solve your problems, an interpersonal process group gives you an opportunity to notice what happens when you're with other people—how you connect, protect yourself, pull away, speak up, make assumptions, or let yourself be known.

Choosing a therapist
is deeply personal
Maybe you want a therapist who will make room for the messy, complicated, unfinished parts of your life, even when you do not have the right words for them yet.
Â
My own path showed me how powerful it can be to sit with someone willing to look deeper and truly understand.
Â
Therapy should be a place where you can be honest, feel less alone, and begin relating to yourself with greater curiosity and compassion.
